Smart Play Supervisor

Job Description:

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Under the supervision of the Smart Start Director, this position is responsible for:

Overall management and administration of a 50-space Smart Play program;
Staff supervision, support and development;
Ensuring high quality programming for children and families;
Building strength-based and supportive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
Qualifications/Experience:

The successful candidate will have several of the following in an early learning environment:

School Age Certification;
The ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with a high level of professionalism;
Three years experience with direct supervision and administration;
Strong computer literacy skills and be open to a learning process;
Personal attributes that include a positive, flexible, and self-motivated approach to work.
