Job Description:
We are currently looking for a full-time licensed automotive technician willing to work 40 hours per week. The selected candidate should have a good understanding of the automotive trade. Wages to be determined based on experience but will be fair and competitive.
Candidate requirements:
– Easy going, positive attitude, honest and trustworthy
– Willing to show up everyday ready for work
– Ability to work unsupervised with good judgement is preferred
– Journeyman Automotive Certification or block 3-4
– MVI license
– Provide own tools (specialty tools provided)
– Enhanced diagnostic skills
– Good understanding of modern fuel injection systems
– Successful candidate will work in ALL aspects of the automotive industry
– Basic computer and math skills an asset as well the ability to fill out work orders
– Complete daily shop maintenance as required
– Diesel pickup truck experience would definitely be an asset but willing to train
-Welding experience an asset
