Modular Home Sales Consultant
Job Summary
The Modular Home Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing the industry leading home buying experience to our customers from start to finish. This individual will develop and nurture relationships with customers and by maintaining a professional image of Travellers Home Centre. Commitment, integrity, passion, and in-person presentation skills are essential for this role. The Modular Home Sales Consultant should have a strong background in sales with a broad knowledge of home construction.
Responsibilities
Interpret and translate customer needs into rough home plans
Undertake design project from concept to completion
Maintain customer relationship from conception to completion
Deliver exceptional customer service care
Generate new leads and maintain a contact database
Emphasize product/service features and benefits
Prepare quotes
Discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports.
Performs other duties as required

Construction knowledge and experience

Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional follow up skills and outstanding customer service skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Basic administrative skills
Required education:
High school or equivalent
College degree in a related field would be considered an asset
