Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Food Safety Certificate; Red Seal Certificate will be considered an Asset.
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Transportation: Own transportation; Public transportation is NOT available.
Prepare and cook meals as per menu/recipes; Manage kitchen operations; Inspect kitchens and food service areas; Clean kitchen and work areas; Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, monitor supplies. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
