Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic, fully trained chef who would like to become part of our Culinary Team. The individual would be taking on a very fast paced kitchen. We are in the process of expansion so the potential for year-round work is there. The individual would be responsible for menu creation, food costing, ordering, preparing guests orders, plating, maintaining positive work environment, maintaining a clean work environment per health and safety guidelines, rotation of stock, purchasing local products when possible and any other duties required by a chef in a kitchen.
