Job Description:
This position has duties related to the day to day operation of all commercial and residential properties.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITY:
-Cut lawn using hand, power or riding mower and trim and edge around walks, flower beds, and walls.
-Assist Roads & Grounds crew with raising and leveling of concrete steps
-Assist with leveling soil around homes and buildings
-Sweep walkways and parking lots of debris.
-Trim shrubs and pull weeds.
-Gather and remove litter
-Other duties as required
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:
Experience:
Not necessary, will train.
Skills and Knowledge:
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Proven organization skills
Must have sense of urgency while being able to maintain a high standard of work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to react quickly to changing requirements and/or unanticipated issues

This is a full-time seasonal position generally 40 hours per week, shifts are weekdays 7:30am – 4:00pm
