Job Description:

Inclusions East requires a Community Placement Co-ordinator with major responsibilities including:

  • first point of entry for service requests
  • develop and implement Associate Family Program including recruitment of suitable families
  • co-ordinate Community Support Program

Successful candidates should have their Human Services Diploma or equivalent education/experience

Certifications:

  • Class 5 Driver's Licence
  • First Aid Certification
