Direct Support Worker

Job Description:

Inclusions East requires a Direct Support Worker to include implementing a pilot project of an evening support program and would have supervisory responsibilities during these hours.  Compensation will be provided at a higher rate of pay for these hours with the remaining hours at the pay listed with the position.

This position will provide support to enable a person(s) with an intellectual disability to have a physical presence in the community, join community activities/groups, have personal relationships, learn and develop skills and abilities, guide towards learning decision making skills, and value self worth.

This position will involve some evenings and weekend duties.
