Provide administrative support to the owner/operators, clients and employees by ensuring the organizations day to day operations are met.
Maintain accurate financial records
Processing A/P, A/R ensuring timeliness and accuracy; preparing bank deposits and payroll
The ability to employ and monitor acceptable accounting procedures and the maintenance of all fiscal records
Ability to juggle multiple detailed projects with superb accuracy
Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our customers and internal/external vendors
Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills
To participate in appropriate committees when required. This includes providing information such as agendas prior to meetings.
Assist by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting e-mails and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating meetings and phone calls
Accurately maintain/optimize schedules
Preparation of presentation materials/documents and ongoing follow-up on action items
Creating and maintaining a RIM program
Coordinating meetings and planning events
Purchasing office supplies, managing storage and general cleaning of office and outer areas
The ability to apply knowledge, experience and commitment in the areas of organization, operations and business development.
The ability to administer the terms and conditions of all policies which affect staff
Cross-training in other administrative aspects of the Company
Required: A degree or diploma in Office Studies with a specialization in Accounting or a combination of experience and education will be considered
Intermediate to Advanced skills of Microsoft Office Suite and Simply Accounting
Must possess strong abilities to problem solve and conflict resolution.
Must have positive communication abilities and good public relations skills.
A minimum of 2 to 5 year’s experience working in an administrative role.
Excellent knowledge of Quick Books & fundamental accounting principles
Experienced multitasking. independent and self motivated
