Job Description:

C&W Performance eTrack Inc. was established in late 2021.  It is a software development company in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island.  The company mainly develops human resources related software.  We aim to use the state-of-the-art technologies to enhance workflow management and accelerating HR operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible the entire software development life cycle for project delivery – requirements gathering, system analysis and design, implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance and support
  • Build solutions with Microsoft 365 and can be used across web, and mobile platforms
  • Implement business apps on Microsoft PowerApps using various online and on-premises data sources such as Excel Online, SharePoint, Dataverse  or MSSQL Server
  • Assist in delivering professional services and solutions to business

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduated (1-5 years of experience) local software developer in application development
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree of Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
  • Hands-on experience in Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI development
  • Knowledge in Dataverse or MSSQL Server database, T-SQL, Stored Procedures
  • Ability to work with others in a team environment and, at times, independently with little supervision
  • Strong in problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills
