Job Description:

We seek an individual who thrives in a challenging environment but also knows how to work with their team. A graduate of Holland College CIS program or UPEI Computer Science program. Individual performance is essential however it’s impossible to grow and advance without knowing how to lead a great team and set a positive example. Ideal candidate would be someone who is a self starter who wants to experience all aspects of the real world of software development, ability to seek solutions, resolve issues and relish in the pride of presenting a final product. This position will also entail both dealing with clients and the public. If you are interested in getting a diverse development background then this the job for you.

We are currently looking for motivated, eager and hard-working individuals to join our team at the ENTRY LEVEL. We have an experienced ( 15 years) graduate of Waterloo University to mentor you along.

Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to (depending on development and interest)

  • Compiling information to build reference database
  • Website development
  • Researching and confirming existing policing policy and procedure
  • Programming, editing and testing current application and building upon it
  • Developing and programming new applications
  • Taking a lead role in over seeing beta testing
  • Time devoted to comprehensive training (product knowledge)
  • Development of client knowledge database(s)
