Job Description:
Terms of employment:
- Casual Part time 15 to 25 hours / week, Start date As soon as possible
- Employment conditions: On call, Overtime, Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Shift, Weekend, Night, Flexible hours, To be determined
Job requirements:
- Languages – English
- Education – Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Experience – 7 months to less than 1 year
- Cellular phone
- Bondable, Criminal record check
- Must have a vehicle & valid driver’s licence
- Must be capable of walking, standing for extended periods, sitting, for extended periods of time
- Hold or obtain Responsible Beverage Service Certificate
- Hold or obtain First Aid Certificate
- Capable of obtaining PEI provincial security guard license
Specific Skills:
- Enforce regulations to maintain order and resolve conflicts and to monitor establishment activities,
- Patrol assigned areas,
- Prevent and detect shoplifting and theft in retail establishments,
- Patrol assigned areas to maintain public safety and order and to enforce laws and regulations
