REGULAR PART TIME SHIFT LEADER
Northern Reflections is looking for a Regular Part Time (RPT) Shift Leader to join our store team. As Shift Leader, you will play a vital role in the store Management Team. Working with the Store Manager and as a Management Team member, you will assist in the day to day leadership and management of the store. You are fully responsible for all aspects of the store during your time in charge. You will focus on customer service and will be accountable for both personal and store productivity results against Northern’s productivity standards. Our RPT Associates work on average 24 hours per week.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meet or exceed daily both personal and store sales budgets
Achieves key performance indicators
Use Northern’s Fundamental Sales Program with each and every customer
Ensure the achievement of customer satisfaction through strong customer service
Partners with store manager to effectively coach and provide feedback to Associates
Participates in planning and implementing visual directions and layouts
Performs various tasks to ensure a neat, clean and well presented store
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 1 year retail experience with some exposure to team leadership
An excellent fashion sense and visual presentation skills
Demonstrate initiative and work well with a productive team
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
