Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES (could include, but are not limited to):
- Gather, analyze and document client business requirements and identify process deficiencies;
- Business process designing, mapping, and re-engineering activities;
- Develop functional design documents;
- Configure and troubleshoot application modules;
- Develop and implement module testing strategies;
- Manage client implementation projects;
- Provide support for client day-to-day operations;
- Communicate with clients in a professional and timely manner;
- Provide input and advice regarding Oracle capabilities and functions to client;
- Perform effort estimation for various implementation and enhancement activities; and
- Meet project deliverables as per requirements, on time within budgets
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- University degree in a related discipline, or a suitable combination of education and experience – professional designation would be considered an asset;
- Experience with CRM, financials, manufacturing, distribution, warehouse management systems, budgeting and forecasting, and/or human resource management;
- Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development;
- Drive, determination and a self-disciplined approach to achieving results;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language;
- Sense of urgency with the confidence to handle a variety of challenges and to adapt quickly to changing priorities; and
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment and strong customer service orientation.
