Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES (could include, but are not limited to):

  • Gather, analyze and document client business requirements and identify process deficiencies;
  • Business process designing, mapping, and re-engineering activities;
  • Develop functional design documents;
  • Configure and troubleshoot application modules;
  • Develop and implement module testing strategies;
  • Manage client implementation projects;
  • Provide support for client day-to-day operations;
  • Communicate with clients in a professional and timely manner;
  • Provide input and advice regarding Oracle capabilities and functions to client;
  • Perform effort estimation for various implementation and enhancement activities; and
  • Meet project deliverables as per requirements, on time within budgets

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • University degree in a related discipline, or a suitable combination of education and experience – professional designation would be considered an asset;
  • Experience with CRM, financials, manufacturing, distribution, warehouse management systems, budgeting and forecasting, and/or human resource management;
  • Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development;
  • Drive, determination and a self-disciplined approach to achieving results;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language;
  • Sense of urgency with the confidence to handle a variety of challenges and to adapt quickly to changing priorities; and
  • Experience working in a team-oriented environment and strong customer service orientation.
