Job Description:
Digitech Images is Prince Edward Island’s leader in Embroidery and custom promotional products provider. We are currently looking for a candidate to undertake the role as Inside Sales and Customer Service.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Retain existing customers through providing exceptional customer service and identify their product needs.
- Oversee development of promotional activities and marketing communications designed to generate product awareness and brand identity.
- Seek and develop areas of business opportunities
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma
- Industry experience an asset
- Outstanding verbal communication skills and ability to adapt to a variety of people
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite and the ability to learn new software
