Job Description:

Small lunch cafe in Charlottetown seeking full-time cook for preparing meals, baked goods, and counter foods for breakfast and lunch customers.  Successful applicants must have high school diploma and registered apprenticeship certificate (or equivalent experience) with minimum two years experience in ethnic cuisine.  Some of the skills required include: inspecting kitchen and food service areas, preparing Persian and Canadian foods, ensuring quality of products and dishes meet established standards, cleaning kitchen and work areas, preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
