Our callcentre agents conduct data collection across North America. We’re looking for a Call Center Manager to oversee our 50 seat center, which employs approximately 65 agents. The successful applicant will be responsible for running shifts, recruiting, hiring, training and scheduling staff to meet workflow and workload. We’re looking for a highly organized professional with management experience who can ensure the most efficient operations of our call center.
The shifts would be Sunday thru Thursday afternoon and evenings ( some evenings go as late as 1:00AM)
