Dairy Bar Counter Attendant

Job Description:

Are you in search of a summer job that has you interacting with lots of different people, serving delicious food and working alongside a fun team? If yes, then Twin Treats Dairy Bar may be the perfect place for you! We are looking for Counter Attendants who are ready to work in an extremely fast paced environment. In this role, you will be taking guest orders, taking payments, preparing dairy bar treats, all with some fun sprinkled in. Shift work will be required.

Responsibilities:

– Taking guest orders using a computerized point of sale system
– Fulfilling guest orders for dairy bar items (i.e. ice cream, flurries, sundaes, etc)
– Replenishing stock
– Cleaning and sterilization of equipment
– Cleaning windows, dusting, sweeping, mopping and other general cleaning as assigned – Assisting in kitchen if needed (food prep)
– Providing food service

Qualifications:

– Excellent customer service skills
– Efficiency and attention to detail
– Ability to work in a busy and fast-paced environment
– Abililty to lift up to 30lbs
– Ability to stand during shift
– A food safety course will be required for those preparing food
– Bilingualism not required but considered an asset
