Job Description:
Looking for qualified candidates to work as phone reception and deal with reservations
Responsible for:
- Answering all incoming calls and providing accurate information on inquiries.
- Seeking information/answers to questions not known
- recording and managing the reservations
- working with managers detailing changes to reservations
- dealing with same-day reservations
Qualifications
A naturally welcoming, engaging, and positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Strong Organizational and Multi-tasking skills
Willing to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends
Ability to understand and effectively carry out oral and written instructions
Ability to deal tactfully and pleasantly with customers
Familiar with the area and the tourism industry
Professional in appearance and demeanor
Bilingualism would be an asset
